If you don't follow me on Google Reader, click the link to the left about Akiane. Hyperbolic tendencies aside, I have never in my life been more awestruck by a human being. So much that I watched most of the videos she has posted of her painting "Wonder" at age 13. It looked as though she were uncovering him rather than painting the baby. Next time you're in need of inspiration, I suggest digging through her site, reading her blog, watching all the interviews. This girl and her story are astounding.
