Harmony:
| 1. | agreement in action, opinion, feeling, etc; accord |
| 2. | order or congruity of parts to their whole or to one another |
| 3. | agreeable sounds |
There is something peaceful and completing about living harmoniously. Now, I don't mean this in a make love not war sort of way where you agree with everyone and forsake your own convictions for the sake of pseudo-peace. I mean this introspectively.
You know that feeling you have when your behavior opposes your standards or desires? That yucky weight you feel when you're half-heartedly engaged in something? That emptiness you feel when you're violating your own opinions due to social norms? The disconnect of your will and your behavior seem to create a sense of chaos in your mind.

The idea of personal harmony sounds so new age. But the more I think about how we were created in the image of a Trinity, the more I find that our body, mind, and soul play distinct, yet, unified roles in our innate well-being. I submit that when our soul's desires, our mind's conclusions, and our body's actions are in-sync with one another, we are living harmoniously. Just like I've referenced before, I believe our health is a whole lot more holistic than we realize. There is something so freeing about living with our soul, mind, and body in harmony.
