I Do

Do you ever feel the need to interrupt silence with a shout?

Do you ever feel the need to interrupt stillness with a jolt?

Do you ever feel so desperate for intellectual stimulation that you attempt to have a conversation you've already had with someone to relive a past "ah-ha! moment"?

Do you ever get so tired that your body is on the verge of tears all day? (I think this happens because my body gets so mad at me but can't force me to stop and rest)

Do you ever try to remember every out-of-the-ordinary place you've been, food you've eaten, or people you've been around to pinpoint how you got sick?

Do you ever fall asleep and wake up doing work in your head?

Do you ever fall asleep and wake up doing puzzles in your head?

Do you ever watch old people and think, "I love my husband"?

Do you ever leave a place and think, "What the heck have I been doing for the last 3 hours?"? (confident you haven't been anywhere near a computer)

Do you ever repeat the last two or three words someone has said in order to make them think you are listening?

Do you ever think, "surely it'll get better", while watching a movie?

Do you ever smell dust?

Do you ever bat your eyes at a cashier hoping he'll give you your coffee for free? (not in a Proverbs 7 kind of way)

Do you ever leave a conversation and laugh out loud at yourself and how stupid you just sounded?

Do you ever feel the need to "center yourself"?

...

And that has been my week.

I do too. I've been known to investigate where I picked up the sniffles all the way back to the days and days leading up.

I'm going to copy your idea with a list of my own today. This was a great idea and a great way to bring more awareness to your thoughts.

Hope you are having an EXCELLENT week!

Yes, yes and yes.

To all of them, I think except the puzzle one. Thank God.
