A+ Is For Apple

Ecclesiastes tells us there is a season for everything...

September can't come soon enough! I believe in eating foods/crops according to their seasons (even coffee has a season- thankfully it's harvest time differs depending on it's origin). If you've eaten an apple in the last couple of months, you've tasted the value of this kind of patience. There is nothing more disgusting to the tastebuds than a mushy, chalky, out-of-season apple. Thus, I forgo eating apples until apple season... Well, apple season is right around the corner! And this girl cannot wait to sink her teeth into a crisp, juicy, not-genetically-altered apple!

Patience is a virtue... A virtue that pays with fantastically delish produce!
