So, you may be getting sick of me posting Coldplay lyrics... but, eh, I decided long ago that I would not apologize for what I do here on my blog... but, um... I also care about annoying people. So, I am sorry - wait... I can't say "sorry", cause I'm going to do it anyway.... hm... this is quite the pickle. I don't know what to say.
I love the rain and have no complaints about it. I do feel awful for the poor people who live below me though... The breezeway has turned into a sort of orange river that invades their homes. And weakens the foundation of our entire building. Oh, water, how powerful you are.
Rainy Day by Coldplay
Then there was rain
The sky wore a veil of gold and green
At night there was the bright of the moon with me
Time is just floating away
Then there was rain
The sound foundations are crumbling
Through the ground comes a bit of - a - tumbling
And time was just floating away
What could we say?
And we can listen
Oh rainy day, come 'round
Sometimes I just want it to slow down
And we're separated now, I'm down
But I love it when you come over to the house
I love it when you come over to my house
Then there was rain
I spent the night with the Queen of Spain
My lonely little heart would have broke again
Times were vicious
Saying deeper the knife goes in I know you win
You win what with less then when you begin
Deeper then the knife goes in
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh ohhhhh
Oh rainy day, come 'round
Sometimes I just want it to slow down
And we're separated now, I'm down
But I love it when you come over to the house
I love it when you come over to my house
But I love it when you come over to the house
I love it when you come over to my house
