"Six In One, A Half Dozen In The Other"

I think it's funny that, generally speaking, the people who are anti-war are pro-abortion and the people who are anti-abortion are pro-war.

If it's not making me laugh, it's pissing me off...

I think that using the term "pro-abortion" is a misnomer. I don't think anyone I know is "pro-abortion" - the religious right likes to use this term to make pro-choice voters sound cruel. It is a false term.

Emily, I've had that same thought for awhile now and it truly doesn't make sense to support one and not the other. I actually wrote a blog about that a while back dealing with the term the "sanctity of life" and how narrow the definition has become in our minds.

Oh, it certainly is pro-abortion. What else could it be? The choice to abort or not. Unless there is some other means of getting rid of unwanted pregnancies after getting pregnant... The it could be pro-abortion and/or pro-fill-in-the-blank. There is no misnomer in calling it like it is... And if abortion isn't murder, than it doesnt matter, does it? Pro-choice does sound much softer, though, doesn't it?
